Daily Update!

I have trouble getting motivated to get out of bed every morning – anyone else have that problem??? LOL! Well, after setting both of my alarm clocks, yes I have 2, I FINALLY got myself out of bed on time this morning!! YEAH!!!

I am dressed and downstairs and realize that I need some accountability in my daily to-dos, so I have decided to blog my to-do list today! If it is motivating to me to get more items crossed off of my list, I may make it a daily habit – who knows? We will see!! 🙂

  • Take feather comforter to cleaners – NOPE! Gonna do this on Saturday!
  • Take boxes of donation to Goodwill – Will get this done Sat too, want to gather more
  • Spend at least 1 hour organizing office
  • Take at least 5 pictures for blog
  • Hang office artwork
  • Clean bathroom mirrors
  • Clean sliding glass doors and screen windows – Life is too short
  • Put sunscreen on – Oops forgot!
  • Walk 4 miles – I walked about 2 miles
  • Measure for weight loss progress
  • Drink at least 2 liters of water
  • Take a multivitamin
  • Straighten up walk-in closet
  • Floss
  • Beautify
  • Healthy breakfast – Yogurt & granolla
  • Healthy lunchVegetable soup and 1/2 a chicken wrap
  • Healthy dinner – Stir fry chicken breast & veggies over buttered/herbed linguini
  • 1 load of laundry
  • Blog
  • Get to bed by 10
  • Get to work by 8:30
  • Write letter to Elisa – sponsor child
  • Schedule weekend with dad for June – waiting for a call back
  • Clean make up brushes
  • Daily skincare
  • Eye serum before bed
  • Lotion hands and feet before bed
  • Read at least one chapter of my book

Whew! That looks like a crazy list, but that really is a typical list for me. I figure that if I get even 3/4ths of the things crossed off of this list, then I will have gotten more done in a day then if I would have just gone out willy-nilly!!

Anyway, I will have to blog later about how these to-dos relate back to my goals/chunking!!!

Have a FABULOUSLY productive day!!!

Walking Milestone!!!

My Sis-in-law and I are both training to walk to the 3-Day 60 Mile Susan G Komen Walk for the Cure in September, and we have completed THE LONGEST walk of our 3 months of training. We walked a total of 8 MILES!!! Now, that may not seem like much to some people, but when you consider that the the two of us combined have a total weight of 600+ pounds – now that is SAYING A-FREAKIN-LOT!!!! Anyway, I am just so proud that we did it, not to mention that our walk encompassed almost EVERY crazy steep hill on this side of town. At one point I literally told her that if there was even one more hill to climb I was going to sit down on the curb, and we would have to call someone to come pick up my dead booty!!! IT WAS HARD, but OH SOOOOOO WORTH IT!!!!!
Thank you, sis, for believing in me more that I believed in myself!!!

With all of that said, please click on the link on the left hand side of the screen and donate to the cause – NO woman should have to suffer and die from this disease!!! You can help us make a difference.

Thank you,

Halloween Night!!!

Happy Halloween!!

Jason and I have pretty much been having a quiet day at home, which has been very nice!!! My sister-in-law came over and we watched the movie ‘The Proposal’, which we all had fun laughing through! 🙂 Jason made his killer grilled chicken legs – they are really PHENOMENAL!!! Anyone who tries them are always just so surprised, but not me – he really has become a genius in the kitchen and at the grill! God bless that man!!!! 😉

Anyway, I have been keeping myself really busy. I have so many things on life’s to do list and I am just soooo determined to get each and every one of them done! The biggies on the list right now are losing over 100 pounds, flossing and making our bed every day for 365 days straight, take Jason on a surprise trip, reading and following The Success Principles, and I have been taking some big steps to make sure that wealth, true wealth is in my future!!

Tomorrow, after making my bed, flossing my teeth, and going to the gym, Jason and I have to take our laundry over to my sister-in-laws. Our washing machine has been possessed and for some reason has decided to misbehave and spew water all over our laundry room! UGH!!! That is alright, it just gives an excuse to look for a new set, it may take a little while, but it will be worth it!!!

Anyway, I am going to watch some tele with my husband and do some crafting at the same time!!! I am still trying to learn how to knit!!! I am working on a scarf (another thing on my list!!!)

Have a FABULOUS night!!! I will chat again soon!!!
