There is nothing more important than FAMILY!!! π
Today has been a very productive day!!! Work was good, home is good, puppies are good, hubby is good. How many days can you say that???
I have started, no let me rephrase, I have RE-started tracking my food on Weight Watcher’s website as of this morning. So I had to do some planning to make sure I had some healthy choices on hand at all times!!! Which means, I spent the majority of my evening cooking and preparing food for my lunches and dinners for the rest of the week!
While cooking I spent a couple hours on the phone with my sisters, which is ALWAYS a bunch of fun!!! I really miss hanging out with them. I often dream that they will all move here, and we can have frequent get togethers a-la-Soul Food, or movie nights, or shopping excursions, or just spending time making memories!! However, most of my sisters think that my city is just too big, and busy, so they will never move north. BUMMER!!! I have already lived in their city, and GOOD-GRANNY, I WILL NOT do that again!!! Their city is a place where old people go to die! But what do I know??? LOL!! I love you, girls – even though you live in hick-ville!! π
On another note, I have just been running around like crazy, so anything I can do to shave off some time during my days ALL THE BETTER, and I have to tell you, planning out my outfits the night before work has been saving me SOOOO MUCH TIME!!!! π I am usually the last one to work, and I have been one of the first the past two days!! I am not getting much more work done, since I am still in the beginning learning stages of my new job duties, but it still feels pretty dang good to get one of the good parking spots and to beat most of my co-workers getting there!!!
Oh, and can I just tell you one silly thing you may not know about me before I go for the day? I am sooooo excited about the new Nanny McPhee movie that is coming out at the end of the month! I can’t wait to go see it!!! It is like a modern day Mary Poppins combined with etiquette lessons – IT’S RIGHT UP THIS GIRLS’ ALLEY!!!!!!
Ok, so I am going to go get ready for bed!!! Mamma needs her beauty sleep!!!
Today has been a long, busy day! Thankfully tonight I have spent a lot of time on the phone, trying to touch base with my family members! I have so many family members that I am going to have spend Friday afternoon on the phone too!!! LOL!! My family is such a huge part of who I am. I really count on them for balance and for helping me see the big picture! A couple of days ago I said,
“Don’t get so busy doing what you are doing that you forget why you are doing it.”
Well, my family is the number 1 reason I do ANYTHING!! I come from a large family, and I hope to have a big family of my own some day, but for now I just really want to make them proud of me, and help make their lives better, even if it is just in some small way!!
I love you, you crazy, zany, wacky family of mine – I would NOT BE WHO I AM WITHOUT YOUR LOVE AND SUPPORT!!!!!!
As for business, today is Day 8 of my 30 Day Life Makeover!! The lesson that I really needed to hear today, and one that I have been trying to live by all week, is that it is NOT a sign of weakness to ask for help!! BIG CHANGES are going on in my place of work, and a lot of the stuff coming our way, is EXTREMELY NEW to us!!! SO, WHEW!!! I just had to tell myself, I am COMPLETELY SURROUNDED by people who know what they are doing – USE THEIR EXPERTISE!!!! That is what they are there for, and our team has always gone out of our way to help everyone else, what could it hurt to ask??? Help?? Well, sure enough! People are coming out of the woodwork to help us out, and I FINALLY think that somehow we are going to make it through all of the craziness!!! YEAH!!!
That is what I want you to do today; if there is something in your life that you have been too scared to ask for help, REACH OUT and ask for help!! Trust me, this one can be scary, but when your co-workers, friends, and/or family reach out to answer your call – YOU WILL BE SO GLAD YOU DID!!!
One of me dear friends, my adopted grandmother, passed away a few months ago. Like myself, she was an avid reader! She loved any great mystery, or any good children’s/young adult chapter book, and she had quite the collection.
Well, before she passed away she told me that she wanted me to take her books, take care of them and love them like she did! Well, today was the day that I picked them up. My sweetie and I went over there this morning, and my grandpa basically said that I could have any of her books that I wanted. It took A LOT of restraint!! I wanted to take every single book that she had, but I knew that the leftover books were going to be donated to this non-profit library, and I know Kay would’ve LOVED that!! So, even after restraining myself and leaving a large portion of books there, I ended up bringing home 9 full boxes, and 3 stuffed bags of books. I think I may have literally doubled my existing library, but my sweetie thinks that I may have more than doubled it!! WHEW!!!
I guess I am going to have to go bookshelf shopping this week!!! IKEA here I come!!! MWA-HA-HA-HA-HAAA!!
Anyway, I will be logging books into my library database for at least the coming week!! But I know that I will be making my Kay proud!!! Love you, Kay!!
Ok, so let’s just chalk this weekend up to the Damn Near Perfect Weekend!!!
Jason and I awoke this morning, and spent a little time reading to wake ourselves up. Then we went downstairs to make a yummy breakfast utilizing the leftover steak and steamed potatoes last night, which I artfully, if I may say so, turned into a skillet of deliciousness!!! π
My sweetie and I then proceeded to talk about our plans for this next weekend, we are spending 4 nights at the beach house for our 15th anniversary on Thursday! We are just soooo ecstatic to get there and have such a great and relaxing time! Oh Amore, amore!!! π
Time seemed to fly, but he watched some Andy Griffith show with me, one of my all-time oldies and goodies favorite tv show, and then watched the movie Barbershop, which I had not seen before, and man it was such a good movie, with a really feel good ending!!!
Anyway, Jason and I have been working diligently on playing nice in our tiny kitchen!!! and I taught him how to make my version of meatloaf, which turned out amazingly well seeing that I didn’t have any ground sirloin, only a little bit of ground pork sausage!! That was definitely a first for me!!!
So tonight we have been laughing, and chatting, and I have been going through magazines so I can recycle them, and I am up a little too late on a work night – we are watching “The Day After Tomorrow” in HD. I had watched it once when it first came out, and I am finding that this is a really exciting movie – and scary if it should ever come true – UGH!!! I hope I don’t live to see that day.
Anyway, I am soooo grateful for this Damn Near Perfect Weekend, for being able to spend time with my family, and for getting to have such a FABULOUS weekend with my husband; and even though I have to go to work tomorrow, I am thankful that the movie Eclipse is going to be showing on Wednesday, and that I am off work for the entire weekend starting Thursday at about 1 PM, and heading to the ocean!!! YEAH!!!
There is a little song that I used to sing all the time as a little girl, and right now I can’t help but sing it in my head even now, it’s tune is simple, and the words are simpler yet, but I pray that I never forget them!!!
“God is so good; God is so good; God is so good; He’s so good to me!!!” Now, isn’t that the truth!!!! π
First of all my Sweetie and I are experimenting with co-habitating 4 nights a week. LONG STORY, but one, I think that will have a VERY HAPPY ending!! π
So, to begin my damn near perfect day, I woke up next to my best friend!!! π early, without my alarm clock – UNHEARD OF!!! Anyway, I spent the fist hour and a half reading one of my new romance novels, which is turning out to be a pretty good mystery!!
At 9, I woke up my Sweetie, and we proceeded downstairs to a FABULOUS breakfast of le Tartaines with butter and strawberry jam, and hot caramel cream cocoa – YUM!!
Le Tartain - a typical, and super delicious French breakfast
Next Jason split my Saturday morning cleaning chores, and they went by in a BREEZE!!!!
Next we raced up the stairs to see who get ready first, and I lost – AS USUAL!! LOL! π
and then we were on the freeway heading over to my sis-in-law’s place to watch New Moon one last time before Eclipse comes out this week! BTW – YEAH!!!! I CAN NOT WAIT!!! Anyway, I am breathing, and we are moving on!!! HAHAHA!
I had a fun visit with Alexa, she is one of my FAVORITE cheerleaders!!! I have already decided that I need to get that woman some pom-poms!!! I am a VERY LUCKY girl to have her in my life!!! She is one of my soul-sisters!!!
After our movie watching, I went next door, to my other sis-in-law’s place. The plan was that her, her 2 kiddos, her new boyfriend, and his 2 kids, plus another friend of the family would all be coming over to my place to go swimming. Throw in “Uncle Jay-Jay” AKA “My Sweetie”, and HONEY, YOU HAVE A PARTY!!!
Anyway, we had sooooo much fun!! and what a non-exercise feeling, way to spend 2 + hours exercising!!! Plus Michael and his boys are sooooo sweet, I can already tell that we are going to be fast friends!!! π
After the GANG left, Jason and I headed upstairs to read in bed, one of our FAVORITE pastimes, among other things *WINK*! and before either of us knew it, we had fallen asleep and was taking a well-deserved, hardly ever indulged in NAP!!!
We woke up, and I was having a craving for a well barbecued steak, I know – the perfectly cook slab of beef might be the way to my heart!! HAHAHA! So, my Sweetie heartily agreed to barbecue us some steak, while I sauteed some sweet onion, mushrooms, and we steamed a side of baby red potatoes and green beans!! OH, BLISS!!! π
Rounding out our Damn Near Perfect Day, was a fun chick flick of “While in Rome”, which is what we are about to watch next!!! I hope it is good!!!
Now, I know that you are all jealous of my Damn Near Perfect Day, or maybe not. π but, THE BEST PART ABOUT TODAY is that not only am I going to bed with my Sweetie tonight, but I am waking up with him tomorrow morning, AND it is SUNDAY!!! Which means NAKED SUNDAY!!!!!WHOO-HOO! but I guess that is ANOTHER posting, possibly TOMORROW!!! π
Tonight I would like to share with you the interview I was fortunate enough to get with my Dad this past weekend. Now, please note: I am in no way a professional reporter, journalist, or interviewer in any way shape or form. The reason I wanted to interview my dad was because I realize how important he is to me, and how little I really know about him; so lunch on Sunday was the perfect opportunity to learn a little bit more about the man I call Daddy!!! π
Christina: What was your earliest memory?
Paul: I remember my dad coming into my bedroom, and dumping my toybox. He cut a hole in it, and turned it upside down out in the backyard.
C: What was he doing?
P: He was converting it into a dog house for his dog that I just couldn’t stand.
C: Why not?
P: Well, this dog was a bulldog that my dad had brought home.Β I was on the porch eating an ice cream cone, and he knocked the ice cream off of my cone and ate it. I hated that dog!
C: Laughing – no one comes between my dad and his ice cream! What do you remember about school?
P: I remember getting into trouble in kindergarten because I would always slide into class on my knees, and I remember the teacher calling my mom, and mom giving me a talking too.
My favorite school memory was in first grade. Mrs. Fitzgerald let me draw pictures of ships for Columbus Day. You see, I was really good at drawing sail boats, and she had given me a largeΒ sheet of craft paper that I drew three ships on. She hung it right outside of the classroom door so everyone could see it. I was so proud of that picture. Yes, that was a good moment for me.
C: What do you remember about camp? [Side note: my family all went to Camp Kuratli at Trestle Glenn in Boring, Oregon – I believe starting with my dad’s mom; so I know dad started going when he was really young.]
P: My first camp was in 1960, and it was Women and Children’s camp. I was about 5 or 6. My mom, your grandma, was the counselor for the women. Alice [his little sister] and I shared a bed. Some of the cabins had big hospital beds in them back then.
C: What would you do at the camp?
P: Well Grandma eventually became the Camp Director for the Women & Childrens’ camp and she would bring people to come in and teach the women important life skills. For example, this woman came in and brought in $20 worth of groceries and not one piece of junk food. She taught the women how to grocery shop on a budget in a healthy way.
C: Ooh, that is really cool! That is so awesome that she did stuff like that.
P: Well, I also remember being 5 years old, and she dressed me up like a pirate, and she dressed Alice up as a princess. She made me sing ‘the Pirate and the Princess’ in front of all of the women. I was terrified, I hated to sing in public. I also remember she smeared some burnt tree soot from the fire pit on my face to smudge a “beard” on my face. I hated that because she would have to scrub and scrub until at least 5 inches of my face had been scrubbed off. The next time she made me wear the soot it was for another performance, but this time it was for ‘Barnacle Bill the Sailor’ and that time she took it off with cold cream. Ew – that was WORSE than the scrubbing!
C: Now, that sounds like grandma!! HAHAHA!
P: Yes, and she made me perform every year after that.
C: Tell me about your first date with mom.
P: It was at A&W.
C: Of course.
P: Yes, she wouldn’t let me spend hardly any money on her. She would let me get her a root beer float, and that was it.
C: That is funny, it doesn’t really sound like the mom, I knew.
P: No, she more than made up for that later, but that was the way she was in the beginning. She just had this funny way of not letting me buy anything for her, which made it difficult when I bought her wedding rings not once, but twice.
C: You bought mom 2 wedding rings I didn’t know that?
P: Yes, that is what got me into trouble.
C: What happened that you would get into trouble for buying a wedding ring?
P: The first time I met your mother, I knew I was going to marry her. So I told her, and she laughed at me.
C: That is funny, did you know that I laughed at Jason when he said I was going to be his wife??
P: I didn’t know that.
C: Yep, it must be genetic!!! How old were you when you said that to mom?
P: Your mother was 13, and I was 17. A year later, in 1972, I was in the Navy, and in San Diego at the time. There was this place called Tyrrell Jewelers. I had been drinking a couple of nights before, and as I was going through my bag I found this receipt; apparently I had purchased a $400 ring from Tyrrell’s, and it was on it’s way to your mother through the mail. Well, when she got the ring she was so excited that she ran in to show her step-mom, and she immediately was upset, and made my mom send the ring back.
C: She had to send it back?? That’s brutal! Is ring # two the ring you have now?
P: Yes, it is. Well, it was 2 years later, and your mom’s step mom was in the hospital with breast cancer, she had waited a year before she even got checked so, by that time it was terminal. Your mom and I were driving to the hospital to visit her, her step brother, Dale, and a friend of the family, Mike were also in the car with us. When we got to the hospital, I told Dale and Mike to get out. They thought I was kidding, so I had to tell them again to get out and they finally got out of the car. I told your mom to close her eyes and put out her hands. I took the new ring set out of it’s box and gently placed it on her 3rd finger of her left hand. I told her she could open her eyes. She saw the ring, grabbed me around the neck, and screamed really loudly in my ear.
C: I guess that means she said ‘Yes’! π
P: Well, there’s more. We found out that your mom’s stepmom, Marion, had 6 months left to live. Marion pulled me aside, and said that there was no way that she was going to let Cathy go live with her “bastard” father when she dies. So she asked me if I was serious about marrying your mom. I said I was, and she said, “no, I mean are you REALLY serious about marrying Cathy?” I said of course! So, she asked if I would marry mom now? I said yes, I would. So Marion sent me out of the room and told me to send Cathy in so she could tell her. I went into the other room, and waited. He then heard mom sqealing in the other room, and they got married.
Ten days later I was on cruise, and 6 1/2 months later I saw your mom, who was pregnant with you, and she was very fat.
C: Dad, you don’t say that about a pregnant woman!!
P: Well, I had never had a pregnant wife before, so I didn’t know what to expect.
C: Well, that is a good thing because she was 16 and you were only 21 when I was born!!!
Ok, Dad, if you had words of wisdom that you would like to pass on for future generations, what would those words be?
P: 1) Stay in school 2) Learn as much as you can 3) Treat other people the way you want to be treated 4) Don’t argue for arguments sake
C: What if you know you are right?
P: Then make sure you have proof.
C: Do you have any other words of wisdom you would like to share?
P: Yes, sweat the petty things, just don’t pet the sweaty things.
C: Ew- Gross, Dad!!!
Well, there you have it! A small glimpse into who my dad is! I hope this is not my last interview with him. We really had a GREAT time doing this!!! He is funny, and charming, and just really a hoot!! I love that Daddy-O of mine!!!!
Aloha nui loa, Daddy!!!
Before I leave for the night, I wanted to share one last inspirational thing that I saw on America’s Got Talent this evening (I watched it off of the DVR), but this little clip had me weeping like a baby – I hope it is just hormones!!! *SNIFF!* π
I am really excited to tell you how the weekend with my dad and I at the beach house went!! We had sooo much fun, and really crammed a lot into a really short time!!
We met in Lincoln City at the casino, had dinner, and headed straight over to the little beach house. After deciding who was sleeping where, we headed over to the ocean front, where we just spent some time taking in the ocean. Later that evening my Dad and I decided to head over to the local movie theater, where we watched The Karate Kid, which my dad and I both agreed was a really good movie!!
The next morning, we went out to breakfast, then off to do a little shopping!!! You know that is one of my FAVORITE PASTIMES!!
A few of the treasures I found:
A vintage silk, Parisian hat box
A fur scarf – I know it is tre-risque, but I LOVE this scarf, and I figure that I am doing my part to recycle! π
A Vintage fashion magazine, circe 1929 – I am sooooo in LOVE with this magazine!!
and finally, I found this little gold compact that is a mirror with a hidden lipstick holder! So sweet and VERY AUDREY!!! I have to see if I can find a mini lipstick mold and make my own lipstick to put in this compact!!! I just HAVE to find a way to use this!!
After antiquing, my dad and I made a quick run to the used book store, and I ended up walking away empty handed – LONG STORY!! but, oh well! I made up for that today, by making a LOOOONG stop over at the Goodwill over here and picking up some tomes for my reading pleasure!!!
Surprise, Daddy!! π
Anyway, my dad and I went back to the beach house and took a nice nap! When I woke up I decided to head out to the beach one last time before it got too late. The weather was absolutely perfect!! Sunny, slight breeze – we couldn’t have asked for nicer weather!!
While I was out, I stopped at the grocery store to pick up some groceries for dinner that night, and heard from the grocer that the casino was putting on a huge firework display and that it would be starting in less than an hour and a half. So, I went back to the beach house, and told Dad about the fireworks, and he was TOTALLY IN!!!
After dinner, we went over and got some of the best seats outside of the casino, and sat back and we both thoroughly enjoyed the fireworks display! It was better than what we normally see a the 4th of July. The casino was celebrating it’s 15th anniversary. I am so glad they were – WE HAD A BLAST (no pun intended)!!! π
After that, my dad and I went a played a few slots. After winning $1.75, yes, I know – I declined a security escort because I figured I would be safe walking to the car as long as I moved quickly! *WINK!* we headed back to the beach house!!!
On our last morning of the weekend, my dad and I headed to Newport so that we could go to church, and then we went out for a nice lunch together! BTW, I did get that interview I was so hoping for – I will post that tomorrow!!! π
I love my dad, and I am just sooo thankful that he is in my life, and that we have such a fun time whenever we get together! I know that this weekend will be one that I will cherish in my memory for the rest of my life – I hope that it is not the last!!
Here are some more of my ocean pictures I took this weekend! π
Good morning!! I am SUPER EXCITED that I am getting ready to head out to the little beach house for another fun weekend at the coast!!! This time, I am taking my Daddy out there for Father’s Day weekend!!
My Dad and I don’t get to spend too much time together since he lives 2 hours away, and I am always soooo busy, and he doesn’t usually travel too far from home. So, I am sooooo excited for this weekend!!! I know we will be starting in Lincoln City, and then possibly going to Depot Bay and Newport, if we are feeling froggy!!! π
I am going to make it a point to get to this little coffee shop that is not too far from the beach house so that I can blog every evening! Plus, I KNOW that my dad might get a little stir crazy if he isn’t able to at least get online once a day!!! π So keep an eye out! I will do my best to take a ton of pics, but then, when do I not???
I am also hoping that my dad will sit down with me, and let me interview him! I would LOVE to be able to post that interview here – so cross your fingers, and wish me luck!! π
Have a FABULOUS day, and hopefully I will post again this evening!!
My Family: From left to right: Morgan, Jason (aka Sweetie), Myself, Megan (down below) and Nette!
Wednesday night is the night when my sis-in-law brings her two kiddos over to have dinner and to go swimming. We usually always have a fun time, and tonight was no different!
My niece Megan has gotten to the point that she is swimming like a fish, and she is just dying to perfect her ability to do tricks underwater! I think at this point if she could be a water ballerina, she most definitely would!
Now for my nephew, Morgan, he is a typical 4 year old little boy who has NO FEAR!! He is also swimming like a fish, maybe he is more likened to a little Tasmanian devil who has the ability to swim!!! He is sooo cute to watch because he has almost NO BODY FAT on his little self, so he doesn’t float very well. He really just kicks and flails to keep himself above water, and even though he splashes like there is no tomorrow he manages to get himself around the pool like a little pro!!! Soooo much fun!!!
I just LOVE my Wednesday nights!!!! π
As for what I ate today:
Today is day 6 of my 30-Day-Self-Created-Visual-Nutrition-Plan!! I can eat whatever I want, but I have to take a picture of ANYTHING and EVERYTHING I eat and post it on this blog β and have to be willing to take any criticism I might incur!!! The knowledge that I have to take pics and post everything that I have eaten has really curbed a couple of poor choices!! Although, an occasional treat can sometimes be DIVINE!!!
I think I did pretty well today but seeing that I am sitting here typing, thinking, “Hmmmm…I am hungry!” I probably should’ve eaten a little more today, but that is alright – I will keep that in mind for tomorrow.Β I did weigh myself today, and found that I have lost 2.2 pounds since I started 5 days ago (I don’t count today, because I weighed first thing this morning!) I can tell that my pants are a little looser, and I seem to have a lot more energy than I had even a week ago! That has probably been my BIGGEST SHOCK!!! I LOVE IT!!!! I think what is making the biggest difference for me is all of the cheerleading that I am receiving through this blog! I am sooooo thankful to all of you for that!!! THANK YOU, TRULY!!!
With that said, here is the pic of all I ate today:
Breakfast: Fat free, sugar free, iced mocha, with a bagel and light cream cheese (I was having a rough morning, I really NEEDED that caffeine!!!)
Snack: None
Lunch: Salad made with spinach and mixed lettuce, rotisserie chicken, diced green bell pepper, and light Dijon dressing
Snack: Yogurt
Snack 2: Grapes with string cheese
Dinner: Sandwich made with spinach, miracle whip, honey ham, and whole wheat bread, and a serving of Sun Chips. I also had 1/2 a glass of Hawaiian tea (only 1/2 of what is shown), it was good, but a little too lemony – me and lemons have never really gotten along so well! π
Snack: A pear, which by the way was SUPER sweet and juicy!!!! YUM!!
Anyway, how are all of you doing? Have you been inspired to make any eating changes in your own life? I would love to hear about it in the comments above.
Christina: “Jennifer, You are the wind beneath my wings!”
Jennifer: “Maybe that is why you keep flying around in circles.”
***
I just got off the phone with one of my little sisters, Jennifer!!! She is such a hoot!!!Ok, so maybe she isn’t quite a little girl anymore – matter of fact she is almost 25, but she is still the hilarious comedian of the family!!!! I think she came out of our mother’s womb with a witty remark that could’ve made the doctor laugh so hard, that she was in serious danger of being dropped!!!
Jennifer is recovering from surgery that she had his past week, and although she is still in some pain, she is just as busy as ever making the world laugh around her!!! What a blessing that woman is!!! π
When Jennifer was about 9, her and my youngest sister, Trina, who was 4 at the time, used to spend every Summer with my husband and I. I would pretend they were my little girls and we would take them with us everywhere to go do all sorts of fun stuff, well, at least that was our goal!!! You see, during one EXTREMELY HOT Summer, when my Sweetie and I were living in Idaho, we thought it would be fun for the girls to sleep in a little tent that we had set up in the finished basement just for them – it was the coolest part of the house, and during that heat wave, a cool place was MANDATORY!!! I mean HOW AWESOME IS THAT!?!?!?! Well, ok, apparently they HATED IT!! I didn’t realize, probably because I had never slept in the basement, that there was an extremely noisy furnace which scared the bajeezus out of them every time it turned on!! Plus, because they were so scared, they kept the tent completely zipped up and it became a swealtering sauna!!! I never could figure out why they go to bed in there pjs and they would get up in the morning in just there underclothess. OK, now I get it, it was super hot!!! But they just went along with everything because they didn’t want to cause any problems!! ISN’T THAT FUNNY???? Everytime I hear this story, I just feel soooo bad that I didn’t realize that the little tent was sooooo not fun!!! I am sure I owe them a small fortune in therapy costs!!! Thankfully, we all just laugh about it now!! I still LOVE THOSE GIRLS!!! ;- )
Ok, so down to business:
Today is day 4 of my 30-Day-Self-Created-Visual-Nutrition-Plan!! Feeling great!!! I can eat whatever I want, but I have to take a picture of ANYTHING and EVERYTHING I eat and post it on this blog β and have to be willing to take any criticism I might incur!!! The key word being ACCOUNTABILITY!! In addition, I am incorporating more fruits and veggies into my day to help me eat a more BALANCED diet, and get healthy!!
I have to admit, that the knowledge that I have to take pics and post everything that I have eaten has really curbed a couple of poor choices!! Although, I did treat myself to a real New York style hot dog tonight, which was DIVINE!!!
Anyway, here is the pics of all my eats for today!!
Breakfast: Yogurt with granola
Snack: Sliced orange with 3 mini blueberry muffins
Lunch: Salad with chopped rotisserie chicken, raisins, Dijon dressing, and cherry tomatoes
Snack: Some carrots cut like chips
Snack: Grapes and string cheese
Dinner: A whole wheat hot dog bun, a foot long hot dog, caramelized onions (I am totally addicted!!!), and super healthy baked beans!!! YUM!!
Snack: Fresh strawberries (I decided that because I splurged on a hot dog for dinner, I had better save the chocolate for my strawberries on another day!!) π
How are all of you doing? Getting any ideas for yourself? I would love to hear some of them, please free to comment up above!!!
