Chunky Dunker’s Night!

Good evening!!

I know, I’m late, late, late!!!

Chunky Dunker’s night is a casual, but fun group for people from all walks of life to get together online to support one another in their health and fitness goals, whether it be to lose a few pounds, or to do one situp; I am very happy to welcome you here every Wednesday evening, where we “meet” in the comments section to catch up, share hints, tips, and ideas and to just encourage each other as we go through our health &  fitness path together!!

I have had an alright kind of week health-wise, but I still managed to gain .8 pounds. Oh bother!!! Very Eeyore of me, I know!! But, I just had an EXTREMELY healthy, and yummy dinner that my sweetie cooked for us, thank you, Love!!! Now I am eating a sweet treat of a dumb-dumb, you know those little suckers that have all different kinds of flavors? Those are a big hit at my place with the kiddos!

I am sorry this post is so short, but I am running late this evening and I want to make sure that I am able to get into the chat room and start chatting!!!

    My week was a bit rough. However, I did really well in drinking more water. Not sure exactly how much but I did pee a lot more so this week I am going to add tracking my H2O intake.

    Yes, this week’s water challenge was really good for me too, although I ate sooooo many peanuts last night (my new craving), and I am SURE I didn’t drink near enough water to compensate!! I will be working on hydrating more and eating the peanuts in less quantities!! 😉

    Hey, I get to make a few quick comments, the kids just walked through the door…so I have to put them down.
    I have gotten my water goal in for the past week as well. I am working on staying away from the sweets again.
    I can’t believe I went 45 days without treats!!

      Good for you Nette! I really need to wrok on getting all the water in daily. I am so busy at work that the day gets away from me and then it’s over. I had two sodas this past week but wasn’t into them. So that was a waste of money and killed my goal.
      I am very proud of you Jay for getting more water into your system.
      Sorry I was not here last night. I was too pooped out to get on the pc.

      That will be awesome Nette to have you back on here again! My bedtime rituals… me falling asleep and Chris watching David Letterman and the show on after that.

    I Need to make a suggestion to everyone…. GO SEE “WE BOUGHT A ZOO”!
    GREAT family movie and I know of a lot of kids grumbling on the way to see the movie because they don’t want to see it….to… LOVING the movie!
    IT WAS AWESOME and I will be owning that baby!
