Today was a day about hope, love and gratitude. There have been a lot of stressful things going on in my life, at both work and at home. Today was a day that I chose to change my perspective and focus on all of the blessings that come my way everyday!! There are a lot of things and changes going on at work right now that we are hoping will really help make our jobs more enjoyable, and less stressful. My home is clean, and my husband loves me like crazy, and I love him right back! We have every need taken care of, plus some for helping others with. We are blessed!
We are blessed! We are blessed!
and today, I am just soooo thankful!!!
Before I go for the evening, I wanted to remind you that tomorrow is our Chunky Dunker’s Club meeting!!! I will try and post by 6:30 tomorrow evening! Don’t forget to hop on so I can hear how everyone is doing!! I am excited to weigh in the morning and let you all know how I am doing too!! 20 pounds is the goal!!!! YEAH!! π
Have a FABULOUS evening!!! π
I’m with you sister! I can hear my bed calling me. LOL!
I have not been listing my Kaisen’s; so I will try now:
1. Had a healthy breakfast – 1/2 a 16 grain & seed sprouted bagel from Sprout’s with a TB of real peanut butter (only peanut freshly ground) and a TB of strawberry fruit spread (no sugars). AND a protein vitamin almond milk protein drink.
2. Went to work and walked even in pain.( trust me, did not want to go because of it.)
3) Healthy lunch – cup of organic lowfat cottage cheese,, handful of carrots and a small bag of salted cashews.
4) drank lemon water ALL DAY
5) had a small piece of baked salmon, 1/2 cup rice and steamed broccoli.
6) had a small cup of greek yogurt and string cheese.
7) put sunscreen on my arms – they got a little burned from sun while driving. Farmer’s Tan all the way!
That’s it for me. I know it doesn’t seem like much but it was all I could do.
I love you sister and those I love that read this blog!!!
Good job, Sis!! You are really doing a TERRIFIC job on your eating!! I wish I had the fortitude to keep up with that day in day out!! It must be the foodie in you – search for the best ways to cook healthy foods so they are sooo yummy!! I AM JEALOUS!!!
