Good evening!!
I just got finished spending an EXTREMELY FUN evening vision boarding with my sis and niece!!! I am a firm believer in the power of vision boards. I think that is because a vision board forces you to think about what you want, make decisions about what is important enough to actually make the cut (hee! hee! hee!), and it causes you to spend time cutting, designing, and gluing a board that is completely and totally focused on your dreams! I don’t think that vision boards are magical in any way, but I do think that it helps your subconscious remember what you want, and in turn help you see signs that point you in the right direction to get those goals! Ok, maybe that does sound a little magical, but I know for me – they work!!
Here are some sample vision boards (note: these are not mine, I have found these from various sources on the web.) As soon as my new camera gets in, I will take pics of mine and give you a play-by-play!! 😉
Aren’t they just interesting?!?
I just LOVE looking at other peoples’ vision boards. They can tell you so much about people. What they value, want to experience, learn, do, be, have! I think vision boards are highly intriguing!! That might just be because I am highly curious and people really interest me. It is amazing how much time and effort people are willing to put into these things (including me)!!! BUT it is EVEN MORE AMAZING how helpful these AWESOME TOOLS are!!! They are so unique, and ABSOLUTELY PERFECT to the creator of the board. I would highly encourage you to get out some magazines, scissors, glue, a sheet of paper, and see what you can come up with for yourself!!
I can’t wait to be able to share mine with you! Soon, soon, soon!!!
Have a FABULOUS evening!! 😉
Our team uses these things on daily basis. At office we have business goals printed in pictures, and we work surrounded by the pictures, models and writings of our personal goals… On the every desk- there is a cute “Porsche” model… in the parking place already two have came to reality 🙂 it is awesome, when these things work every second in Your life, and vision boards help to achieve this routine by programming the subconcious mind to think about and achieve these goals.
It is fascinating, how this works 🙂
That is funny that you mention Porsches, because the woman who initially introduced me to vision boarding used her Porsche as an example of how well vision boarding works. She had created her vision board with a picture of a Porsche, from her local dealership, and she said she looked at that EVERY SINGLE DAY, and she said it took her a while, and a lot of hard work, but that Porsche soon became hers!!!
I will have to hang some inspiring mini-vision-boards at work, just to keep my goals up front and center in my mind!! Thanks for the idea!! 🙂

Wow! Very nice, I thought I was one of the only ones out there who did this haha. Good to know there are others out there who believe in the power of vision boarding too!! I absolutely love it!
Yes, I have been doing vision boards for years, and when I look back at older ones, I am always surprised to see which of those goals have come true, and which ones still find their way onto my current vision boards. VERY motivating!:-)
Send me a message when you put yours up because I’d love to see it! I’ll take a photo of mine and show you if you’d like too =)
I will – thanks!!! 🙂
That was so much fun last night. All I could think about last night as I went to sleep was ideas for my board. I cannot wait! I will finish going through the remaining magazines I have here and so forth. I cannot wait to get together next Thursday night!
Oh and plus that will give me more time to come up with another recipe to try out…TEE HEE!!!
Yes, I would LOVE it it if you sent me that recipe! It was light and refreshing!!! Thank you again for going out of your way to make that for us! We really appreciated it!! I love you, sis!! 😉
