Good evening! I have had a pretty productive day today! YEAH!!! Work went well, I got a couple of big assignments completed – that is always exciting!!! I learned something new – thank you, Thomas! I got to have dinner with my adopted grandparents tonight – they are always such a hoot! I know that my mom is smiling down from above knowing that I am being well taken care of!!! Thank you, Willy & Kay!!!
Anyway, I am home now and I think I have made quite a bit of progress in getting closer to my current goals.
Today I have:
- Made the bed
- Drank 2 liters of water
- Tracked my Weight Watchers points all day ( I used all daily plus 5 Flex)
- Weighed in this morning – up one pound (oops!!!)
- Flossed my teeth – it is amazing how if I don’t write this down how readily I forget!
- I’ve listed 5 things I am thankful for
- I have posted a blog posting (after this is done!)
- I put $1 extra dollar into my savings account
- I called the Salvation Army to find out how to go about volunteering
- I scheduled my goals out for the rest of the month
- I brainstormed my children’s book idea, and have settled on the basic story/characters/etc.
- I played a C scale on my cornet (which I hadn’t done in almost 10 years) YEAH!!! 😉
- I read for at least 20 minutes
- I learned a new word
- I meditated for 10 minutes
- I requested an audition appointment for my local community theatre (SCARY!!!)
- and finally, I planned tomorrow’s to-do list!!!
WHEW!!! I am pooped! I am going to have to go to bed early!!! 😉
