Ok, so real quick, before I fly out the door to go to class. I have lost 1.6 pounds this week – not too impressive based on how hard I have been working, but I have also lost 2.5 inches this week! THAT MAKES ME FEEL BETTER!!! At least I am finally heading in the right direction!!! 😉

I track my measurements once a week – the same time as my weigh in!!! 🙂 I highly recommend it!!!
